Genomics Analysis & Technology Conference, 2023

GATC is an international genomics conference that brings together influencers, decision makers, academicians, clinicians, and also the industry experts under one roof to facilitate the continuous advancement of genomics research and technology advancement.

The 4th edition of GATC, 2023 is being co-organized by inStem, Bangalore and will be attended by 150+ delegates from India and abroad. This conference will primarily dwell on subjects of clinical and medical genomics, metagenomics and related data science and AI. There will be 4 sessions for oration by invited speakers, 4 keynote address and oral presentations by selected participants besides poster presentations.

GATC intends to bring latest high throughput genomics technology from the industry to its point of application in the hands of the users. The three-day meeting on April 7th, 8th&9th, 2023, at inStem in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, will focus on discussions based on ​“Current contribution of Genomics based applications towards bridging the gap between Discovery and Translational Research” with a panel discussion. The meeting will will also be preceded by a three-day hands-on NGS data analysis workshop for a few selected students at the venue by participating companies in collaboration with scientists from national institutes.

They call for abstracts & posters from universities, hospital R&Ds and research institutes for their participation. Awards will be announced for best poster by students and one award for a senior scientist for his/​her contributions to present day genomics science in India will be incepted at the GATC 2023.
After a successful GATC 2017, GATC 2018 and GATC 2019; GATC 2023 will again bring together users of Next-gen sequencing (NGS) and genomics technologies to share their work, build new connections and explore collaborations in all areas of biology primarily clinical medicine, biomarkers, diagnostics, animal, plant and agricultural sciences. As a part of our mission & through the support of this committee we also wish to make opportunities for bright Indian scientists from all across the globe now available in India.
