Foundation for Neglected Disease Research are looking for a research scientist with a life sciences background to create and manage grant applications, scientific publications and scientific writing.
Responsible for managing and developing ‘request for proposal’ documents including but not limited to looking for national and international funding opportunities (grants and awards) in the field of therapeutics, diagnostics, and drug development for infectious and neglected diseases, drafting proposal documents, liaising with collaborators and partners for collecting information (scientific/non-scientific) regarding the proposal, submitting proposal documents, and following up on them. Additionally, draft scientific communications, abstracts, slide decks, manuscripts for publication, literature searches, etc., ensuring comprehensive, high quality, scientifically accurate and consistent information in consultation with cross functional teams.
